What we are doing now.

This is a public declaration of priorities. It helps us focus on what matters, and gives us permission to ignore what doesn't.

Where are we?

Operating on weekends and late nights. Pairing humans (Sree, Venky, Niraj, Anish, Sreenath G, PK, Rajesh T) with AI agents to build out aila.fun and its underlying tools.

What are we building right now?

• The aila.fun site: Experimenting with quirky interfaces (like hidden terminals and HTML comic strips) to document our journey.
• WhatsApp Integration: Refining Molty the AI valet, making him more responsive and useful in group chats.
• Agent Workflows: Perfecting how we pair program with AI to go from idea to deployed code in a matter of hours.

What are we reading & learning?

• Exploring new frontier models (Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Gemini Pro).
• Studying agentic UI and conversational interface paradigms.

What are we saying NO to?

Saying no is the most important part of focus. Right now, we are deliberately ignoring:

• Building a SaaS product to sell.
• Looking for VC funding or monetization.
• Building native mobile apps.
• Over-engineering the backend.
